Kasu Sista, Managing Director

Kasu is the Managing Director for Consilink, LLC. As a serial entrepreneur, he is focused on leveraging current technologies to build innovative businesses. He has deep knowledge of the technology continuum and used that knowledge to build fluid, flexible, scalable, reliable, and compliant information systems environments.

Kasu has proven experience in building high-performance teams and delivering enterprise class products in healthcare, finance and retail industries. His previous roles include Founder, President, Principal, CTO, as well other advisory roles. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.

Kasu regularly speaks on topics such as, “Governance Strategies for Succeeding with Analytics” and “Driven to Success: How to Get the Business to Adopt Business-Driven Analytics.” In his spare time, he likes to travel, read, cook and spend time with his family.

John Smolen, Director

John is Director of Product Management at Consilink, LLC. He is passionate about advancing innovation in healthcare through the application of technology. Prior to joining Consilink, John’s career spanned provider technology, management consulting, and software engineering. At Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, John led strategic initiatives to evaluate, adopt, and sustain innovations in healthcare technology for the health system. At McKinsey & Company, John developed creative solutions to strategic problems facing senior executives of leading medical device, health plan, telecommunications, and financial services companies. Early in his career, John led teams at Motorola to develop and support custom, web-based applications. John earned his M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and his B.S. in Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, as well as working on a local school council to advance technology in education and mentoring healthcare technology entrepreneurs.


Victor Low, Director

Victor is Director of Infrastructure and Operations at Consilink, LLC. He has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, having amassed in-depth exposure and knowledge of IT security and privacy, SDLC process, agile methodology, project/program management, and onshore/offshore project team coordination and management. He has lead large scale data warehouse and business intelligence projects, and has driven corporate IT strategy, governance, security and operations. In his previous and current position, Victor has demonstrated success in developing and motivating cross-functional teams, implementing IT solutions, as well as maintaining and scaling ongoing operations as well as healthcare privacy and security. He holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Computing Systems. In his spare time, he’s co-owner of the only Malaysian Restaurant in Chicago called Serai, and he’s a snowboarder, scuba diving and hiking enthusiast.


Scott Sullivan, National Sales Manager

Scott Sullivan is the National Sales Manager with Consilink. Scott has over 15 years of experience in B2B sales, Channel partner sales, strategic account management, business development, digital sales, customer service and product support for Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies including Dell and Emdeon. His background in healthcare, compliance, and the IT technology industries gives him a unique understanding of how to effectively assist both large and small businesses deliver quality content, create efficiencies and use technology in innovative ways to edify their business & clientele.

Scott has also effectively managed the technical, enrollment, implementation and support for large-scale projects. Scott has been recognized for his leadership expertise & strategic focused initiatives multiple times for his customer-centric focus. In his spare time, Scott loves reading books, studying history, watching sports and spending time with his friends and family.

Frank Cerwin, Consultant
Frank  has more than 30 years in leadership and architect roles at Fortune 500 companies, including Director positions at McDonald’s and JPMorgan Chase with responsibility for launching and growing their MDM programs. Leveraging his experience, Frank has developed a unique model for operating a MDM program that incorporates managing content, metadata, governance, and data quality. He has worked across several industries, including banking, credit card, manufacturing, education, union benefits, telecommunications, and government. His extensive career experience spans MDM, customer analytics, database management, EAI, application development, and security. Frank earned a B.S. in Computer Science, a Six Sigma Green Belt and ITIL certification. In his free time, he’s a featured speaker at several national data conferences, including Enterprise Data World, Enterprise Dataversity, TDWI, Data Governance/Information Quality, and BI Innovation Summit.  


Hugo Toledo, Consultant

Mr. Toledo began his professional career developing applications while still in high school for the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), a branch of the United States Department of the Interior. His work, collecting, cleaning and projecting natural sciences (low flow) data using SAS and FORTRAN is reflected in his career-long love of data.

His work in data integration began while an undergraduate EE major at Duke University’s School of Engineering (since named the Pratt School of Engineering), where he developed a Unix/C application for Cardiac Physiology researchers at the Duke University Medical Center, which allowed them to more easily digitize electron micrographs.

Mr. Toledo’s previous executive roles included VP IT Planning at HALO Industries [NYSE: HMK], and Principal at Navigant Consulting [NYSE: NCI], where he advised Global 500 firms on best practices in aligning Information Technology with business goals including the selection and deployment of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems. Mr. Toledo is a member of the IEEE, for which he has been nominated for elevation to Sr. Member status and is also a member of the ACM.


Sherry Chou, Consultant

Sherry is currently the HIPAA Privacy Specialist at Consilink and she oversee all ongoing activities related to the development, Implementation and maintenance of privacy policies in accordance with HIPAA rules and regulations. Sherry’s background is in the healthcare industry; as a Registered Dietitian, she has 20+ years of clinical experience, including experience in developing and facilitating educational training presentations.




John Feldkamp, Consultant

John is hands on technologist with significant experience managing, coordinating, and aligning the efforts of multiple information technology initiavies and cross-functional teams. He is a proven leader whose efforts are characterized by assessing, researching and implementing new and/or updated solutions, using new technologies, tools and procedures when and where appropriate.

John’s experience spans several areas. These include security policy and procedure development, oversight of security audits for medium to Fortune 100 companies. John managed high performance teams to deliver products and services in the areas of data quality management, data integration, data analytics.


Peggy Sim, Consultant

Peggy Sim has 20+ years of Information Management experience and holds both Bachelor and Master of Science in Computer Science in honorary positions.  She has served as Senior Manager, Lead Data Warehouse Architect/Analyst/Designer and Lead Business/Systems/Programmer over the course of her career.  Throughout her career endeavor, Peggy has managed, architected, designed, developed and implemented transactional, web-based and data warehouse systems across IBM mainframe, Sun Solaris, and Windows Client/Server environment.  For many of these application systems, Peggy was involved from Project Initiation through Implementation Phase that includes utilizing Information Engineering Methodology, Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) with Unified Modeling Language (UML), star schema and entity-relationship data modeling processes.  She is highly proficient in architecting Data Mart and Data Warehouse generating solutions to support business and enterprise information requirements across various business units. 

With her strong business acumen and extensive data knowledge background she is very effective in meeting business goals using technology initiatives.
